Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Fully equipped equipment;
  • A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Electronics eShop online store;
  • Warranty card;
  • An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet! Please check the tracking information sent in your confirmation email for the latest updates. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there’s no recent tracking activity, please contact our customer support team. Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery services are limited on public holidays, so orders placed on or just before a public holiday may experience slight delays. We recommend checking our shipping schedule or contacting our support team for specific information regarding your delivery date during these times. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we deliver to most locations! To check if we deliver to your postcode, simply enter it during checkout or use our postcode checker on the shipping information page. If your area isn’t covered, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available on most items; however, certain products or locations may have restrictions. To check if your order qualifies, please look for the "Next-Day Delivery" option at checkout. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time (usually 2 PM local time) to qualify. If next-day delivery is not available, we will offer alternative shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is required for delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a card with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or collecting it from a nearby location. For some items, you can authorize a no-signature delivery, but please note this option may not be available for high-value or fragile products. Be sure to check the delivery details at checkout for specific requirements.
